Linkware Designs

Please understand that the "Terms of Use" are provided for both your protection and mine; they are written to clarify the terms under which the images contained within this collection may be used. Please take a moment to read them before downloading or purchasing anything from 3D Thrifty Grafix. These terms are legally binding.

1. Only the graphics specified within the collection of linkware are permitted to be downloaded, uploaded or placed in another directory; all images that comprise the site itself are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the artist and may not be reproduced by any method including screen captures and/or downloads.

2. Should you choose to use graphics found within the galleries you must use a linking logo and correct referring link within the same page that the image(s) appear.

3. You may not alter, change, colorize, resize or modify any of the graphics.

4. Images from the linkware collection may NOT be used on commercial sites or sites that involve selling anything. Any design that is purchases from the linkware or exclusive designs galleries may be used on a commercial website.

If you are a webdesigner interested in purchasing a design for a clients site to use please contact me.

5. Images within the linkware collection are not to be placed in any online collection or archive; in addition, no images are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media.

7. Please load the images to your own server or web site directory. Please do not link directly to my images.

8. Please refrain from using the linkware collection within pages promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse and/or illegal pornographic activities.

9. If you use images from the linkware collection, please email me the URL of the completed page.

10. If for any reason I request that the images from the linkware collection be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply. Violations of the terms of use could subject you to this request.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued so please make sure you agree to these terms and the design you are wishing to purchase is the one that is right for you or your clients website.
